catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. It is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in CD73 can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal liver, (B) A375, and (C) HepG2 cell lysates using anti-CD73 RabMAb (cat. #5362-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using anti-CD73 RabMAb (cat.# 5362-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CD73 was used as an immunogen. |
