| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】Arginase catalyzes the hydrolysis of arginine
to ornithine and urea. At least two isoforms of mammalian arginase exist (types I and II) which differ in their tissue distribution, subcellular localization, immunologic crossreactivity and physiologic function. The type I isoform ARG1 is a cytosolic enzyme and expressed predominantly in the liver as a component of the urea cycle. Inherited deficiency of this enzyme results in argininemia, an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by hyperammonemia (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal liver and (B) mouse liver lysates using anti-ARG1 RabMAb (cat. #5291-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ARG1 was used as an immunogen. |
