receptors, which are G protein-coupled receptors. It has been identified as a functional receptor for sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) and likely contributes to the regulation of angiogenesis and vascular endothelial cell function (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HepG2, (B) human heart, and (C) 293T lysates using anti-EDG3 RabMAb (cat. #5468-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-EDG3 RabMAb (cat. #5468-1).
