| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】EAAT3 is a member of the high-affinity
glutamate transporters that play an essential role in transporting glutamate across plasma membranes. In brain, these transporters are crucial in terminating the postsynaptic action of the neurotransmitter glutamate and maintaining extracellular glutamate concentrations below neurotoxic levels. This transporter also transports aspartate, and mutations in EAAT3 are thought to cause dicarboxylicamino aciduria, also known as glutamate-aspartate transport defect (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 IHC: 1:500 - 1000 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal brain, (B) human testis, and (C) fetal muscle lysates using anti-EAAT3 RabMAb (cat. #5234-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-EAAT3 RabMAb (cat. #5234-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human EAAT3 was used as an immunogen. |
