are intermediate filament phosphoglycoproteins that are expressed preferentially in gl a n d ular epithelia. Cytokeratins play a critical role in differentiation a n d tissue specialization a n d function to maintain the overall structural integrity of epithelial cells (1-3). Together with actin microfilaments a n d microtubules, keratin filaments make up the cytoskeletons of vertebrate epithelial cells, f o r ming alpha-helical coiled-coil dimers which associate laterally a n d end-to-end to f o r m 10-nm diameter filaments (4). WB: 1:10,000 – 50,000 IHC: 1:100 – 250 ICC: 1:100 – 250 Flow Cytometry: 1:20 A. Western blot analysis on HeLa cell lysates using anti-Phospho-CK-8 (pS23) RabMAb (cat. #2147-1), 1:50,000 dilution.
