| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Bcl-10 is an adapt o r protein with a
caspase recruitment domain (CARD) that promotes apoptosis a n d activates pro-caspase 9 a n d NF-kB (1-2). Bcl-10 also interacts with other CARD domain containing proteins including CARD9, 10, 11 a n d 14. Bcl-10 is found to f o r m a complex with MALT1, a protein known to be translocated in MALT lymphomas. Bcl-10 a n d MALT1 play a critical role in antigen recept o r mediated lymphocyte proliferation a n d signaling to NF-B, which controls the expression of genes critical f o r cell survival, proliferation, a n d immune responses (3-4).
