| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】Antithrombin III is a plasma protease
inhibitor and a member of the serpin superfamily. It inhibits thrombin as well as other activated serine proteases of the coagulation system, and it regulates the blood coagulation cascade. Antithrombin III includes two functional domains: the heparin binding-domain at the N-terminus of the mature protein, and the reactive site domain at the C-terminus. The inhibitory activity is enhanced by the presence of heparin. More than 120 mutations have been identified, many of which are known to cause antithrombin-III deficiency (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human plasma, (B) human ovary cancer, (C) human testis, and (D) fetal lung lysates using anti-Antithrombin III RabMAb (cat. #5477-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue using anti-Antithrombin III RabMAb (cat. #5477-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Antithrombin III was used as an immunogen. |
